About Us

Warren Companies was founded by Arthur Warren in 1951 with his first industrial building constructed in Covina, California. Art spent over 50 years acquiring land for development from his first small industrial building to his last project of over 145,000 square feet of retail and office complexes in Mesa, Arizona.  After Art retired, his two sons took over orchestrating and managing the business. They have continued to maintain their industrial parks, office buildings and self-storage facilities. Andy and Chris recently completed a 3 1/2 acre RV and boat storage expansion to their existing self-storage facility in Victorville, California.
